Founded by a twin-brother-and-sister-duo, former student-athletes, who were recruited-athletes at Stanford and UC Berkeley, AddedEducation has become one of Asia’s leading Higher Education counseling firms. Based in Singapore with operations across South-East Asia, India and China, we are a team of young like-minded people united by a single mission: to support and promote academic and sporting excellence among the Asian youth. Despite being profitable since its first year of operations, The Added Company recently raised a series A round of funding from a consortium of investors to further scale up operations and hire quality individuals to bring new thought and leadership. Currently under the AddedEducation brand, our business needs are focused on US, UK and Canada university admissions services, boarding school preparatory services and pre-high school development services. AddedEducation is looking for a Marketing Manager, who will be responsible to manage the end-to-end marketing cycle.

Main Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Lead market research activities in order to keep up to date with client trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
  • Develop an annual marketing plan & strategy.
  • Lead & manage marketing campaigns across online (website, social media, blog contents etc.) & offline (print media, seminars, workshops etc) platforms to ensure that AddedEducation services meet prospective client audience expectations and to build brand credibility.
  • Build and manage client acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEO, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.
  • Support in brand awareness initiatives led by AddedEducation.
  • Analyse the success of marketing campaigns and create reports that will help the management evaluate success.
  • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI.
  • Supervise online & offline advertising, service offering presentation and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
  • Collaborate with team members as and when required to build content, implement marketing plans & strategies.
  • Required Skills

  • A minimum of five years of work experience in Brand Marketing.
  • A good Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university.
  • The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Customer-focused.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Proficient in Google Suite
