Founder & CEO

A former top-25 ranked junior golfer in Asia, Akshay received a full athletic scholarship to UC Berkeley before working in investment banking at a bulge bracket firm. He left finance to build AddedSport and AddedEducation, driven by a mission to help talented Asian students and athletes reach their full potential. Born and raised in Asia, he brings both the personal experience of the recruitment process and the professional rigour to guide families through it.
