Premium university admission services

Your child has one shot at this application. Make it count.

Two students. Same school. Same predicted grades. Very different offers.

It's not about the grades. It's the story shaped around each applicant, the strategy behind it, and the team that shaped both.

In Singapore every student is academically exceptional. The story is what sets your child apart.

The AE Framework

Grades get your child read. Four things get them in.

Admissions officers see thousands of applications with excellent grades. 'Good enough' isn't good enough anymore. Here's what separates the offers from the rejections:

01
A spike.
One genuine academic interest, pursued further than school requires. Not ten activities. One direction.
02
Depth.
Reading, projects, research — proof they went beyond the syllabus.
03
Initiative.
Something they started, built or led. Universities admit people who make things happen.
04
Evidence.
It has to be real, and it has to show.

This is what we help students build — whether they're in IB, A-Levels or the local curriculum — finding opportunity where projects are limited, with National Service planned as one part of the strategy, not a pause in it.

10 minute assessment

Not sure where your child stands? Find out in ten minutes.

Our free Admissions Readiness Assessment uses the same framework selective admissions officers use to evaluate a profile — the academic foundation first, then the spike, depth, initiative and evidence that separate the offers from the rejections. Answer ten questions, then get a personalized report showing exactly where your child is strong, where the gaps are, and the specific next steps to make.

Real students. Real routes.

What "built, not bought" actually looks like.

Three grade points don't tell you why a student got into Cornell and another didn't. The story does. Here are four of ours.

The snapshot

Quiet, reserved, hesitant to speak in early sessions. Loved dance and psychology but couldn't see how they connected on an application.

What she/he built with us

In our early sessions, we spent weeks helping Riyana find her voice, and identify the single thread her scattered interests had in common: human development, seen through movement. That thread became "The Dance of Life", a public performance in India promoting organ donation, which raised over INR 100,000 for the cause. Her work as a teacher for young children became the developmental psychology anchor. What began as dance and empathy ended as a coherent story a Carnegie Mellon reader could follow in ninety seconds.

Carnegie Mellon University, Psychology. More importantly, she found a way to talk about who she is that felt true to her.
'Good enough' isn't good enough anymore

Your Own Crew of Experts

One lead counselor stays with your child the whole way, backed by former admissions officers, essay specialists, and subject experts. Counsellors who mentor your child and stay target-oriented, so progress is made consistently. Here's a sample of who you'll actually work with:

Ria Birowo
Ria Birowo
Senior Lead Counselor
A University of Chicago graduate and a former UChicago Admissions Reader who grew up in the US, Ria brings firsthand knowledge of the American education system and over a decade of experience in international admissions. She specialises in the complex end of the spectrum: dual undergraduate-postgraduate strategies, non-standard curricula, and students applying across US, UK and global universities in a single cycle.
Kevin DuPont
Kevin DuPont
Senior Lead Counselor
Kevin has served as a former admissions officer at four US universities: Cornell, UVA, UC Berkeley, and Tufts. He has read applications on both sides of the desk for over 9 years. He completed his MA in Law & Diplomacy at Tufts, holds certifications in College Counseling from UCLA and International Student Advising from UPenn, and coached NCAA tennis, which gives him specific expertise in athletic recruitment alongside highly selective admissions.
Andrew Maruca
Andrew Maruca
Senior Lead Counselor & Head of Writing
A Williams College graduate and former varsity squash captain who attended Phillips Exeter Academy, Andrew has spent eight years on international admissions. His students have gained acceptances to Stanford, MIT, Harvard, Columbia, Brown, Dartmouth, UChicago, Cambridge, and LSE. As Head of Writing, he oversees the essay work for every AE student.
Ashni Kothari
Ashni Kothari
Senior Lead Counselor
Ashni is a Psychology and Education graduate from Sarah Lawrence College, New York, where she then worked in the university's admissions office, interviewing prospective students and reviewing application profiles. She's also a certified psychologist who runs psychometric assessments to help students identify career pathways aligned with their aptitude, personality, and interests, not just their grades.
