Akshay is Indian-heritage, Singapore-raised. Recruited to UC Berkeley on an
athletic scholarship (golf) with a double Major in Economics and Political Science. He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in Singapore. He later founded AddedEducation in November 2014 as a specialized University admissions consulting firm helping students develop an “edge” in their application process, by leveraging their sporting talent and Academic talent.

A former professional tennis player — played across all 4 Junior Grand slams with a career-high ITF ranking of 29 in the world competing against the likes of Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray. Graduated from New York University; and previously worked with the US Open and the John McEnroe Tennis Project. Across his career, Tushar has helped over 200 students across different talent pools guiding them into top colleges like Columbia University, University of Chicago and many more. He is looking to continue to mentor and change more lives in the years to come.

At AE, Tanvi has worked with students from various backgrounds and who have been accepted into universities like Cornell, Columbia, UC Berkeley, UCLA, Duke, and Middlebury among many others. Tanvi believes that learning is a lifelong journey and one must BE THE CHANGE to unlock the world of possibilities. She aims to help young minds grow and seize opportunities provided through education.

Aldy graduated from Universitas Indonesia with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He has been playing various sports throughout elementary, middle, and high school, but mainly focused on baseball where he competed in various local and international tournaments.
